Here is what you will need to apply for a MAC Pro Card Online:
M·A·C Pro and M·A·C Pro Student are the industry’s leading programs for the makeup professional, and for those individuals attending a school studying Makeup Artistry, Aesthetics or the Performing Arts, connecting you to a global community of makeup artists. To enroll, simply fill out this M·A·C Pro Membership application and provide professional documentation (current and within one year) and membership fee. Within a few weeks you will receive your card and can begin enjoying your membership benefits. You will receive reminders to renew. Every time your card expires you will need to submit current professional documentation, the membership fee and a completed M·A·C Pro Membership application. M·A·C Pro reserves the right to request additional professional documentation at any time.

An example of professional identification must be included with the application. Examples of professional identification include one of the following:
