The first step requires acquiring an MUA certification from an approved school and or using your cosmetology or esthetics license. The next step takes time and will require you to apply for pro membership with most large cosmetics companies but I promise you the time invested is well worth the return.

Getting your pro card for cosmetics companies like MAC, Bobbi Brown, Sigma, Tarte, IT, and many others just became even easier. Why? Well once you have a Makeup Artist Certificate Course and you are issued your certificate of completion you are now able to apply for pro cards with most of todays hottest cosmetics companies. Each company is different and each company will require different documentation from you but with some time spent on your part you can now start getting your products and tools at a discount.
