5 Simple Steps to a Better Day

  3. Make a list of your daily intentions! As you are enjoying that morning cup of coffee take the time to write down your daily intentions, those tasks you need to accomplish today. Keep your list short and in the order they need to be accomplished, this prevents procrastination.
  4. Be on time! Master your schedule and appointments by being on time or if at all possible 5 minutes early. Running late adds stress to your life that you don’t really need.
  5. Start a bedtime routine! For some having a bedtime routine seems silly but it can be the first step in tomorrow’s organizational success. Bedtime Routine for Adults
